General Terms & Conditions for Motor/Pump Repair

• Regarding Warranty Motor/Pump:-

1. Register your complaints on respective toll free numbers before you bring motor to ASC. Also bring Xerox copy of warranty card/Invoice copy duly signed & stamped. Also share SMS received from KBL. ** After the above process motor/pump will be taken for repair; we are not responsible for registration of complaints/will not accept any motor without any documents. Kindly carry Xerox copy of bill. If no bill submitted the motor/pump will be considered as O/w. i.e. On chargeable basis.

2. Warranty is strictly given for manufacturing defects & not for site-related issues such as water went inside monoblock/self-priming motors; water not filled inside submersible motors; single phasing; voltage fluctuations, spares etc. **We’ll not bear any loses from our side.

• Regarding Out of Warranty (O/w) Motor/Pump:-

1. Say prior the works starts if you need quotation or send SMS - Require-Quotation<space>JobCardNo:<space> to 838001339/9422005289. **Customer need to finalize the quote & revert back within 2days; Transportation charges, packing & forwarding charges extra as mentioned in quotation.

2. 50% advance payment before work starts. Rest 50% while collecting the motor/pump immediately. No grace period. **May not be applicable to companies with 30days credit.

• Common Terms & Conditions:-

1. Whenever you bring motor/pump to ASC, collect Job Card from office. **If you fail to collect Job Card or you lose it, we are not responsible for your motor.

2. Small issues in motor/pump may take 1-2 working days to repair; rewinding may take 4-5 working days. **Subjected to availability of manpower/spares/electricity & all factors that affect the working conditions.

3. Amount aforesaid may be exclusive of GST. **Refer terms & conditions specified in quotation.

4. We will not be responsible for your motor after 15days w.e.f the day when we call/SMS/e-mail you that your motor is ready.

5. Always collect motor by submitting Job Card in the office. **We will not dispatch any motor/pump until job card is submitted.

6. Payment accepted in Cash/UPI/NEFT/RTGS/Cheque. **Online & cheque payments are subjected to realization.
