General Terms & Conditions for New Motor/Pump/Spares

• Packing & forwarding charges extra. (Read T&C mentioned in quotation)

• Transportation charges extra. (Read T&C mentioned in quotation)

• We (Perfect Electrical Works) are not responsible for goods damaged in transits.

• 100% advance payment before goods gets dispatched. (Proforma Invoice or Tax Invoice will be sent to respective mail id)

• Always specify correct name of the material/model; if there is any mismatch in model, we are not responsible. Goods once sold will be not taken back. (irrespective of rates)

• Goods if not received within 3-4 days; should contact the transporter immediately. (No complaints will be entertained after the given time)

• LR will be provided as soon as material gets dispatched.

• No cancellation of order; if cancelled 10% of total value will be charged.

• Discounts will be applicable from 0-20% accordingly as per the quantity ordered.

• It may take 15-30 days for the material to made available from companies, in case of unavailability of materials.

• It may take 2-3 days for packing & forwarding goods from our godown. (Considering all the factors that may affect the process)
